If you want just a “rough” estimate
of what your business is worth and have a limited
budget, our Business Value
Calculation may work for you.
What we do
We will calculate the value of your business using data
from actual sales of businesses similar to yours, and
widely accepted valuation methods. We will consider the
following methods and select the ones (at least 2) most
appropriate for your business.
What we
don’t do
We do NOT
perform normal valuation procedures. We just do the
calculations. We will NOT offer any opinion or any level
of assurance on these results.
What you get
We will
present and explain the results of each selected method
to you in a written report. The results will be
summarized as a range of values. We will discuss the
report with you and answer any questions you may have by
telephone or email, with up to 30 minutes of our time
What we need
from you
We will need 3 years of tax returns or financial
statements, a fixed asset or depreciation schedule, and
a list of any non-essential and one-time expenses during
these 3 years.
