for those who just want a rough or 'ballpark' estimate
of value. It uses data from actual sales of businesses
similar to yours and several widely accepted valuation

Our
Summary Business Valuation
provides most of the detail of our full-blown one at
about 60 percent of the cost. We save time by
eliminating several valuation procedures that typically
have little relevance to small businesses, so we can

Comprehensive Business Valuation
Our
Comprehensive Business
Valuation follows generally accepted business
valuation procedures and is presented in a detailed,
written report. We typically only recommend
Comprehensive Business Valuations in cases where the
report will be submitted to a third party, like the IRS,
or may be subject to dispute or litigation. Please click

Our fees for specific tasks are on a
flat-fee basis where possible. Fees for open-ended or
ongoing services are based on hourly rates. Retainers
are required.
